A one year AMC membership costs $40 per person or $50 for a family per year. Membership runs through a calendar year – January to December.
Join or renew after June 30th and dues are pro-rated for 1/2 year at $20/person, $25/family. If joining after August 31st, you have the additional option of paying for a full year and being credited through the end of next year.

Print the AMC Waiver Form and the AMC Membership Application Form.
Read the Release Form and sign. For minor, also sign parent/legal guardian section. Every member joining needs a signed Form.
Fill out the Membership Application Form and sign.
Completed forms may be scanned and emailed to the Membership Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org or returned via US Postal Service at the address below.
Payment may be made by PayPal or check.
